Profile Description:

  • Doing analysis and day trading in US equity exchanges like NYSE, NASDAQ & Amex.
  • The successful Learner would be a full-fledged, hard core US stock market analyst/trader and would be able to make wise and informed stock trading decisions.
  • This profile DOES NOT entail selling/marketing of financial products or servicing/calling clients

Position: NYSE / NASDAQ Trader (Learner)

  • MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance)/ Any Post Graduation related to Capital Market.
  • NCFM or any other CFAs / CMTs /.Any graduate / post graduate who have strong passion for trading.
  • The candidate must be his / her early 20s i.e. (20-35years) and should not have appeared for the selection process within past 3 months.

Profile Description:

The selected candidates would be

  • Monitoring and assessing the daily trades of traders and reporting their activities.
  • Would be guiding, controlling, managing, assessing and reviewing a group of traders.
  • Should have surveillance and compliance knowledge regarding stock markets.
  • Should assist in implementing new strategies related to the organization
  • Provide support and assistance to process trainers to train junior traders.

Position: Risk Associate/Executive

  • Should have worked in financial institution especially in broking entity.
  • Should have been handled Risk Management and Risk Changes on higher Volume
  • Familiar with concept on dividends on stocks, bonus issues and stock split.
  • Should be good at communication and interaction .
  • Sound knowledge of Propriety Trading
  • MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance)/ Any Post Graduation related to Capital Market.
  • NCFM or any other CFAs / CMTs /Any graduate / post graduate who have strong passion for trading.
  • Should not have appeared for the selection process within past 3 months.

Profile Description:

The selected candidates would be

  • Responsible to deliver process training and skills development training as needed by the business for the new hire batches
  • Responsible for preparing, conducting and evaluating technical training programs.
  • Write literature and material/Content to be used in programs as and when required.
  • Proactively coach, mentor and counsel by providing recognition and constructive feedback for all trainees.
  • Work closely with operations for the betterment of the process and productivity
  • Aggressively drive Training and development initiative in the Process/Team
  • Ensure quality and consistency of training along with meeting required SLA
  • Take up small improvement projects/initiatives in individual capacity or in collaboration with different departments.

Position: Process Trainer

  • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 2-7 years of experience as a process trainer
  • Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self Motivated and Confident to take up any task with strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical skills and effective Time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
  • Any Knowledge of or any experience in financial institution especially in broking entity will be preferred
